The fulling-mill /tepavitsa/ is a unique wooden facility made of logs for fulling of woolen fabrics. To make them strong and dense, they were subjected to long hours of hammering under the jets of hot water.
Valevitsa has been used and continues to be used for washing rugs, blankets and turfed rugs. It is a wooden trough made of boards in the form of a truncated cone, in the lower part of which there are gullies, in order to drain the water that comes from the mountain. Valevitsa is usually made near a river. The water that goes to it is separated by a special wooden chute made at an angle so that the strong jet can rotate the rugs in the trough A handcrafted long wooden hook is used to take them out.
